This is a simple recipe that can be made quickly and kept for a week in the fridge in a tightly sealed jar. I always have some on hand to use with fish, lamb, sandwiches, and chicken. Use fresh dill in your recipe because it makes a big difference in the flavour. I hope that you enjoy this yummy guilt-free, flavor-packed healthy dipping sauce – made with plain yogurt, low-fat mayo, fresh dill, lemon juice, and garlic. It can also be used as a salad dressing! If you find it too thick as a salad dressing, you can thin it out by adding some olive oil.
