Are you team cranberry sauce or team cranberry salad?

I tend to prefer the chunky texture of cranberry salad. However, this cranberry sauce with apple cider is a game changer. So flavorful and so easy to make. Truly a 20 minute recipe in one pot.

Bring 1 1/4 cup cider with 3/4 cup sugar to a boil. Make sure sugar fully dissolved. Add in your spices (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg), 2 tbsp orange juice, and 20 oz. cranberries. I prefer fresh, but frozen will work too. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Add 1 to 2 additional tablespoons of cider if you prefer a runnier finish.
