  • sundried tomatoes in oil
  • tahini
  • lemons

Ingredients

  • 15 oz canned chickpeas rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup sundried tomatoes rinsed and drained from the oil
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice fresh
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions

Add everything to a food processor and process until smooth. You may have to take a spatula and scrape the sides every minute or two.This takes about 3-5 minutes.
Top with a splash of olive oil and any additional sundried tomatoes and basil.
