White Queso Ingredients
- 1/2 pound white american cheese (from the deli section of your grocery)
- 1 small can of diced green chilis
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon cumin (optional!)
Instructions
Melting the Queso
- In a double boiler, over simmering (not boiling!) water, place the ingredients in and let the gently melt over medium-low heat.
- Stir occasionally to enhance the melting process.
- Serve with crispy, salty tortilla chips to your hungry crowd!
Tips
- After the cheese is melted, stir in any extra ingredients you'd like to try! Or, serve on the side for others to add and make their own!
