My family absolutely loves this dip and I make it often during the warmer months of the year, when fresh veggies from the garden are plentiful.

Begin by adding the sour cream, Mayo and spices into a medium sized bowl.

To that add a squeeze of lemon juice (about 2 tsp).

Give everything a good mix using a whisk until evenly combined.

Transfer the Ranch Dip to a serving dish and garnish with some finely chopped green onions or chives.

This dip is so delicious, and the perfect pairing to those beautiful fresh veggies!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 3 tbsp mayo
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried chives
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Combine 3/4 cup sour cream, 3 tbsp mayo, 1/2 tsp dill weed, 1/2 tsp parsley, 1 tsp dried chives, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 2 tsp lemon juice, Salt and pepper to taste in a medium size bowl.
Whisk everything together until evenly combined.
Transfer dip to a serving bowl and enjoy!
