It is also the perfect match for an ice-cold Corona Extra. This beer has always been a brand that my dad and his friends loved during game days and gatherings so it is one we also enjoy!

Variations & Tips

While this dip is amazing as is, there are some additions and substitutions you can make to suit your tastes or dietary needs.

Meats – You can add more, less, or no pepperoni to this dip if you are vegetarian. Additionally, you can use crisp, precooked bacon in place of the pepperoni if desired. Browned hamburger, or Italian sausage can also be used in this dip. I suggest adding an additional 1/2 cup of meat.

If you like the look of mini pepperoni, feel free to use that variety.

Cheeses – This dip requires 4 ounces of softened cream cheese, but you can also use 8 ounces to make a bit more dip. For mix-ins, you can use shredded cheddar, or jack cheese with tasty results. I used my food processor to grate my mozzarella cheese which produces the best consistency for a scrumptious cheese pull!

Sauce – You can use pizza sauce, or marinara sauce -whichever is your favorite!

Toppings – Fresh parsley, or basil would be delicious to garnish this warm, cheese dip.

Dippers – Mission® Tortilla Chips are delicious for dipping, but you can also use bread sticks, crostini, bagel chips, or pita chips with equally delicious results.
