For best results, freeze truffles for 1 hour. This step helps everything stay together once it hits the melted chocolate.

Melt white bark in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring often until smooth.

When the bark is completely melted, add pink gel food coloring. The exact amount will depend on the type of food coloring you are using.

Why did my truffles crack?

It’s possible that your truffles cracked because you didn’t let them set long enough. If you’re in a hurry, you can pop them in the freezer for about 10 minutes to speed up the process.

Another possibility is that they were cracked because you didn’t use enough chocolate candy coating. Be sure to coat your truffles thoroughly so that they’ll stay together when you bite into them.

Can I freeze Oreo truffles?

Yes, you can freeze Oreo truffles. Make sure they are frozen solid before storing them in a sealed container or freezer bag. They will keep for up to 2-3 months.

To defrost, place them in the refrigerator overnight or on the counter for a few hours.
