Holiday baking is so much fun. I need to squeeze in one more Holiday dessert before the season is over! I wish I could bake holiday dessert all year round. Who’s with me!?
If you’re looking for a quick and easy, no bake, healthy desert these Chocolate Snow Balls are just for you. They are SO good! They’re soft, chocolate-y, and naturally sweetened. They have no refined sugar and are gluten free and vegan-yay!

Chocolate Snow Balls

Ingredients
Chocolate Balls
- 1 Cup + 2 Tablespoons of Almond Flour
- 3 Tablespoons of Cashew Butter (You can substitute Almond Butter)
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tablespoons of melted Coconut Oil (you can substitute butter. If making vegan, use vegan butter.)
- 1/4 Teaspoon of Pink Himalayan Salt (You can substitute for regular salt)
- 2 Tablespoons of Pure Maple Syrup
- 2 Tablespoons Monk Fruit Sweetener (You can substitute regular sugar however it won’t be naturally sweetened anymore)
- 3 Tablespoons unsweetened Cocoa Powder
Snow Flakes
- 1/4 Cup of unsweetened shredded Coconut
- 2 Tablespoons of melted Coconut Oil. (you can substitute butter. If making vegan, use vegan butter.)
Instructions
- Combine almond flour, cashew butter, vanilla, coconut oil, salt, maple syrup, monk fruit sweetener and cocoa powder in a medium mixing bowl and mix until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough into balls using your hands. Use roughly 1.5 tablespoons of dough.
- Roll each chocolate ball in the melted coconut oil, and then immediately roll in the shredded coconut. Enjoy!
