  • 1/4 cup Milk
For The Beetroot Chia Pudding
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 2 Tsp Beetroot Powder
Instructions
For The Chia Pudding
To prepare plain Chia pudding in a bowl/jar add 2 tbsp Chia seeds ,honey and milk.
Mix everything well and keep it aside.
Now in another bowl/jar add 2 tbsp Chia seeds, honey, milk and beetroot powder and mix everything well.
Then keep the bowls in the refrigerator for minimum 4 hours to overnight. I like to let the chia pudding set in the fridge for overnight. it gives enough time for Chia seeds to soak in the water.
Then at the time of serving prepare layer of plain and beetroot Chia pudding and serve them with your favorite fresh berries.
Enjoy!

There's no water in the recipe, so are the chia seeds soaked *before* adding to the recipe?

Ok, here's the thing ... I love the sound of this recipe and will be trying it asap. I saw the photo of you (the model) holding the spoon and I love the short nails. I've been growing mine as I thought I needed a change. I've just gone and cut all my nails short and put a coat of clear nail polish on. Loving my nails again.

    Please don't judge me! 🙄

Thank you for the recipe and thank you for the nail inspiration. 🤣
