Chocolate Berry Chia Pudding

To start the New Year on the right and healthy note, I highly recommend trying out this Chocolate Berry Chia Pudding! This recipe can easily be modified with your favorite fruits and flavorings and can be prepared in advance to allow you to be ready for any busy day ahead! This recipe will also leave you feeling satisfied and full of rich fiber content. If you would like for it to be more satiating, then I recommend adding in various protein sources such as Greek yogurt, protein powder, or nuts. Bottom Layer
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened oat milk
  • 1.5 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup depending on your preference
  • Dash of cinnamon 
Top Layer
  • 1/2 frozen ripe banana
  • 2-3 strawberries 
  • 5-6 frozen raspberries
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened oat milk (may need to add more if too thick)

Mix together the bottom layer ingredients in a jar and refrigerate overnight.
The next day, blend together the remaining ingredients. Add more milk if required.
Decorate the jar by adding sliced strawberries and pour in the blended mixture on top. Top off with granola.
