Light and Easy Pumpkin Mousse Dessert
Do you love mousse? I do and this is a super pumpkin dessert. It’s an easy and delicious recipe that you can eat alone or use as a dip, and it’s super easy to make. You can see more of my crazy creations here
You'll need the following ingredients
- Mad Dash Mixes No Bake Pumpkin Spice Cheese Cake Mix
- 2, 8 ounces non fat plain greek yogurt
- 1 container cool whip
Mix the 2 containers of non-fat greek yogurt, cool whip, and pumpkin spice cheese cake mix together until smooth.
Serve immediately or place in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
If you prefer you could swap out the greek yogurt for cream cheese. I just like adding a healthy option into a dessert when I can and getting that extra protein down my kids.
Enjoy it with the following ingredients: Ginger snap cookies, Graham Crackers, Animal Crackers, Dried bread Sticks, Apple slices, Pear Slices, and Pretzel Sticks, Eat it plain with a spoon
