Chocolate Coconut Icing/Mousse

This delicious whipped dessert is made using only two ingredients - canned coconut cream & a sugar free jello packet. It is vegan, low sugar, and so easy to make! It can be used as an icing for cupcakes or cakes, or you can refrigerate it to become a bit thicker - similar to a mousse.

Feel free to swap the chocolate jello packet for another flavor, or use more than 1 packet to minimize the coconut taste. If using more than one pack, you may need some milk or water to help with the consistency.

  • 1 can of coconut cream
  • 1 pack of sugar free chocolate jello

Empty the coconut cream into a bowl
Add the pack of chocolate jello
Using a hand mixer, whip the ingredients together until fully combined & fluffy
Serve on own or use as icing for desserts
