Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • Green food coloring
  • red food coloring
  • mini chocolate chips
Instructions

Melt together 1 cup of the white chocolate chips and 1/3 of the can of sweetened condensed milk.
The easiest way to do this is to microwave it for one minute on high and stir.
Add in 10 drops of green food coloring and stir until combined.
Pour the green fudge in a foil-lined 8- x 8-inch pan. Use the back of a spoon to smooth the fudge into an even layer.
Put the tray in the fridge and let it cool for about 20 minutes.
Melt together the remaining white chocolate chips and the rest of the sweetened condensed milk. Stir until combined.
Add in 10 drops of red food coloring. Stir until the color is completely dispersed.
Pour the red fudge on top of the green fudge using the back of a spoon to smooth out the red layer.
Spread the mini chocolate chips across the top. Very carefully and very quickly use the back of a spoon to push them down into the fudge.
Put the tray in the fridge overnight.
Remove the foil from the tray and cut the fudge into pieces. You can get 64 1-inch pieces of fudge out of one tray.
