What's the easiest way to make a strawberry shake? Put it in the freezer!! You're welcome to use that joke to impress your friends as you serve them these frozen yogurt treats. These strawberry and Nutella frozen yogurt cups with granola are perfect single serving treats for the entire family! A no-bake treat to beat the summer heat.

The light sweetness of the strawberry greek yogurt and jam along with the richness of the Nutella will have you reaching into the freezer for more and more reduced guilt treats.

Plain yogurt vs. Greek Yogurt: Plain is usually low in calories and high in calcium. Greek yogurt has more protein and less sugar (along with a thicker consistency) and contains more milk. Both have probiotics and can help with digestion.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup low-sugar granola
  • 2 cups strawberry Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp strawberry jam
  • 1/3 cup Nutella
  • 6 fresh large strawberries - hulled and cut in half
Instructions

Place 12 baking cups in the openings of muffin tin. Divide the granola evenly between the 12 cups. Combine yogurt and jam in small mixing bowl. Evenly divide and dollop 1/2 of yogurt mixture between the 12 cups over the granola. Place in freezer to set for 15 minutes.
Equally divide the Nutella between the 12 cups and smooth out as best you can. Return to freezer for 15 minutes.
Divide remaining yogurt mixture in the 12 cups over the Nutella layer and smooth out. Hull and cut strawberries into halves. Place 1/2 of strawberry on top of each cup. Return to freezer to set and keep in freezer until ready to serve.
If planning to freeze for longer than a week, place in airtight container after fully set. Keep in liners to avoid cups sticking together in freezer.
