2020 is almost over and you've had enough. Clearly, you need to make ice cream. But if you don’t have an ice cream machine (🙋🏻‍♀️) then what’s a girl to do? Make no churn ice cream, of course! This easy, simple recipe will make all your ice cream dreams come true with minimal effort… the hardest part is waiting for the ice cream to freeze!

What is No Churn Ice cream?

This common term has really only become popular in the last few years, so if you have no idea what it is, no worries!

Traditional ice cream is made with heavy cream and sugar and is churned in a machine to create the airy texture we know and love. Unfortunately not all of us own ice cream machines… but we still want to make ice cream!

Enter: no churn ice cream. Basically by whipping up the heavy whipping cream and adding sweetened condensed milk we are able to mimic the texture of churned ice cream.

By using this simple base you can create an unlimited number of ice cream flavors, all you need is your creativity!

In a standing mixer beat the whipping cream until it has stiff peaks but is still soft and airy.
Very gently fold the cream into the condensed milk mixture until combined.
Stir in cut up Oreo cookies gently, making sure not to mix too much.
Pour ice cream mixture into a loaf pan or other container. Cover with a piece of saran wrap touching the top of the ice cream to prevent freezer burn and seal tightly with more saran wrap.
