Ingredients
Party Bark
- Chopped peanuts, walnuts, almonds
- Chopped cranberry, raisins
- White chocolate disks
Chocolate Dipped Strawberries
- Strawberries, washed and dried
- Dark chocolate disks
Lemon juice and Lemon Rind + Vinegar
- One lemon
- White vinegar
Herbs in Olive Oil
- Herbs of your choosing
- Olive oil
Fancy Ice Cubs
- Berries of your choosing
- Gummy candy
- Liquid of your choosing
- You could even use edible flowers!
Instructions
Party Bark
- Place white chocolate disks in a heat safe bowl
- Melt in the microwave on 1/2 power or defrost setting until melted. Stir after a few seconds so it doesn't burn
- Add your nuts and berries to each ice cube slot
- Fill half way with chocolate
- Add nuts and berries
- Fill with chocolate, continue until slot is full
- Freeze for one hour
Chocolate Dipped Strawberries
- Place chocolate disks in a heat safe bowl
- Melt in the microwave on 1/2 power or defrost setting until melted. Stir after a few seconds so it doesn't burn
- Pour chocolate into each ice cube slot, filling half way
- Place strawberry into each slot, pushing berry down into the chocolate
- Freeze for one hour
Lemon juice and Lemon Rind + Vinegar
- Roll lemon on a cutting pressing down slightly. This will ensure easier extraction of juice.
- Cut the lemon in half
- Squeeze the juice out of both halves
- Cut rind into small pieces
- Fill half of the ice cube slots with lemon juice
- Fill other slots with lemon rind then pour white vinegar into those slots until full.
- Freeze 24-48 hours
Herbs in Olive Oil
- Chop herbs into small pieces
- Place herbs into ice cube slots; about 1 tsp
- Fill with olive oil
- Freeze 24 - 48 hours
- You can remove the herbs from the tray and store in zip lock bags until ready to use. Don't forget to label them!
Fancy Ice Cubs
- For one set, add blueberries to the ice cube slot and add water
- For one set, add gummy butterflies and add fruit juice.
- Freeze 24- 48 hours
