This easy Oreo bark recipe has only three ingredients plus optional decorations on top. You can make it any time of the year, but I made it for Valentine's Day with conversation hearts and Valentine's Day sprinkles.

Chocolate bark is fun for the holidays, including Valentine's Day. I made it a little different by adding crushed Oreos. I used regular Oreos, but peppermint or peanut butter would be really good too!

I use both white chocolate and milk chocolate. You can use all white chocolate if you want. I highly recommend getting chocolate wafers because they melt better.

I use the Wilton melting pot to melt my chocolate. You can also melt it in the microwave or in a double boiler. The directions to melt the chocolate are in the blog post, so be sure to click over for more information.

  • 1 pound white chocolate
  • 1 (20 ounce) package Oreo cookies
  • Valentine's Day sprinkles
  • Conversation hearts
Instructions

Line a 10x15 jellyroll pan with waxed paper. Spray with a non-stick oil.
Place the cookies in a bag. Use the back of a spoon or a rolling pin to break them into pieces.
Melt the milk chocolate in a double boiler or chocolate melter. Fold in half of the crushed Oreo cookies. Pour into the pan.
Melt the white chocolate and add the other half of the Oreo cookies. Pour over the milk chocolate.
Top with conversation hearts and Valentine's Day sprinkles. Refrigerate until hardened, about 1 hour.
Remove the Oreo bark recipe from the fridge and peel off the waxed paper. Place the bark on a cutting board and cut with a large knife. Store in an air tight container for up to 2 weeks.
