Fajita Seasoning

As a kid, my mom always purchased the McCormick seasoning packets and I didn't know any better! When I finally started establishing a kitchen of my own, I realized that having a lot of spices is both a boon and a burden. You always seem to buy a jar for some recipe and never use it again!

Fajita seasoning is GREAT to remedy that. It's quick, easy, and you can keep the finished seasoning blend in an air-tight container in your spice cabinet for easy access. You can scale it up as much as you need. IT is super straight forward and makes those weeknight dinners come together just that much quicker!

I will omit the salt. Salt can be added to the dish if a person desires. I use a cook book called "Skinny Spices" to make my seasonings. They are all salt free. My sisters favorite is Garlic Lovers Blend. You can use it on everything!
