Blueberry Italian Soda

You can make this Blueberry Italian Soda recipe at home with only a handful of ingredients. This drink is the perfect refreshment for a hot summer day, a party, or any time in between!
If you are craving a creamy, bubbly, and flavorful drink then you have to try one of these Blueberry Italian Sodas! And, let’s be honest, anything with whipped cream on top is bound to be good, am I right???
Blueberry Simple Syrup is easy to make and you can use fresh or frozen blueberries. Simply bring blueberries, sugar, and water to a boil. Stir and mash the berries with a masher.

Ingredients
- 2 ounces blueberry simple syrup
- 1 ounce heavy whipping cream or half and half
- 4-8 ounces club soda
- whipped cream optional
- blueberries for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare a tall glass with fresh ice.
- First, pour in the blueberry syrup, then the heavy cream.
- Slowly pour in the club soda until the bubbles reach the top of the glass.
- You can serve layered or stir with a spoon first. Top with whipped cream and fresh blueberries. Serve immediately.
