Ingredients
Beer Dip Cheese Ball
  • 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup beer
  • 1 envelope of dry ranch dressing mix
  • 2 cups shredded orange cheese
  • 1 red pepper
Crockpot Apple Butter Meatballs
  • 12 oz. bottle chili sauce. Do not use sriracha hot chili sauce or Thai sweet chili sauce.
  • 1 1/2 cups apple butter
  • 1 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. molasses
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice or cinnamon
  • 40 oz. frozen meatballs (these are precooked and frozen) two 20-ounce bags
Air Fry Mac and Cheese Bites
  • 4 cups leftover macaroni and cheese refrigerated
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tablespoon milk
  • 1 cup Panko
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Pumpkin Crunch Cake
  • 15 ounces canned pumpkin 
  • 12 ounces evaporated milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  •  ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
Instructions
Beer Dip Cheese Ball
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, beer and dressing mix until smooth.
Beat in 1 cup of shredded cheese.
Form into a ball.
Cover entire ball with plastic wrap.
Using kitchen twine, wrap the twine around the ball to form a pumpkin shape.
Place cheese ball into the refrigerator for at least 24 hours.
Remove ball from refrigerator.
Carefully remove the twine and set aside.
Carefully remove the plastic wrap.
Place 1/2 cup orange shredded cheese into a bowl or plate.
To shred the cheese into finer consistency to cover the pumpkin, place a small amount of cheese into your left hand.

Crockpot Apple Butter Meatballs
Add the chili sauce, apple butter, maple syrup, molasses, ground cloves, and ground allspice to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
Add frozen meatballs to the prepared sauce. Toss to coat. 
Cover and cook on HIGH for 2.5-3 hours or LOW for 4-5 hours. Stirring occasionally so the meatballs won't burn on the edges.
Serve as an appetizer or as an entrée over mashed potato’s, rice or noodles.
Air Fry Mac and Cheese Bites
Prepare macaroni and cheese according to package instructions. Place in refrigerator to chill or using your leftover refrigerated macaroni and cheese, take large chunks, about 2 Tbsp, and roll into balls.
Place balls onto foil lined baking sheet.
Place baking sheet in freezer for at least one hour, until balls are solid.
In a bowl, add egg and milk and whisk to combine.
In another bowl, add panko breadcrumbs, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and stir to combine.
Remove balls from freezer.
Place one ball at a time in egg and milk mixture, coating the entire ball.
Remove ball and place in the panko mixture.
Lay the covered ball back onto the baking sheet and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Remove balls from the freezer and place them into air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they don’t touch.
Preheat your air fryer on 360 degrees.
Air fry for 8-10 minutes until light and golden on the outside.
Remove, serve, and enjoy.
Pumpkin Crunch Cake
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease a 9x13 pan and set aside.
In a bowl, combine pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, & salt.
Pour into the prepared pan.
Gently sprinkle the cake mix powder over the pumpkin mixture.
Top with pecans.
Drizzle melted butter over the cake mix & pecans layer.
Bake 25 minutes uncovered.
Remove from oven and cover with foil.
Bake an additional 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and uncover (be careful, the steam will be hot).
Cool completely.
Cut into squares and serve with ice cream.
