Ingredients -

turkey breast

salt & pepper

1 package onion soup mix

1 – 14 oz. can whole berry cranberry sauce

1/2 cup orange juice

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 tablespoon water

directions

Place turkey breast in crock pot.

Sprinkle salt and pepper over the turkey and rub it in.

In a mixing bowl combing onion soup mix, cranberry sauce and orange juice. Pour over the turkey. I also added a bit of water to the bottom of my crock pot.

Cook on low heat for about 6-7 hours. This may depend on your slow cooker. Mine cooked for 7 hours.

Take turkey out and place on serving dish. Cover with foil to keep it hot, while you prepare the sauce.

Skim the fat off the liquid in the crock pot. Pour the remaining liquid into a saucepan.

Mix together the cornstarch and water in a small bowl. Bring the liquid from the crock pot to a boil, then add cornstarch mixture and stir with a whisk until thickened.

It should take 3-4 minutes for it to thicken. You may need to reduce the heat to keep it from burning.

Pour gravy over the turkey and serve.

I hope you enjoy trying this super easy and delicious crock pot turkey with cranberries!!
