The perfect combination of sweet and salty is what these treats are all about! A buttery crispy Ritz cracker, smooth creamy peanut butter and rich milk chocolate all sandwiched together in a delightful bite, the addition of a pinch of sea salt is just perfect. These come together quickly once you’ve pre melted the chocolate and have your baking sheet ready so make up a big batch for your next party, cookout or get together, trust me they won’t last long, you may want to just double the recipe right away!

Ingredients
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers
  • creamy peanut butter
  • 1 bag milk chocolate chips
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Melt chocolate chips in microwave, I do this in 25 second increments, stirring in between each time until nice melted consistency
Spread approximately 1 Tbsp of peanut butter on one cracker and cover with another
Carefully cover the cracker with the melted chocolate, and place on lined baking sheet, a fork may be helpful in this process
Completely optional but I like to sprinkle a bit of sea salt on top, then place sheet in fridge for an hour until the chocolate has hardened. These are addicting, don’t say I didn’t warn you!
