I think the hardest part about making these protein balls was deciding what to call them. I could not decide which ingredients to highlight in the name because you truly can taste every ingredient, which is something I love in such a simple recipe. They are packed with oats, coconut, walnuts, pure maple syrup, chocolate chips, vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, and peanut butter, plus some additional add ins. No matter what you want to call them, you will love them! Protein balls are the best snack to grab on the go and hold you over until your next meal. They are also perfect for someone who has a sweet tooth like me!
