Ingredients


  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp plant-based milk
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions


In a medium bowl, mix all of the ingredients together until a dough forms.
Roll dough into balls. If you are having difficulty forming the balls, refrigerate the mixture for 5 to 10 minutes, then roll into balls.
Refrigerate for 10 minutes and enjoy!

Tips

  • I recommend storing these in the fridge to keep the shape.

    I didn't melt the oil because it was pretty liquid already but after 10 min. in the fridge they are still too loose to roll. Should I add more almond flour so they keep together?
