Almond Flour Cookie Dough Balls

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tbsp plant-based milk
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix all of the ingredients together until a dough forms.
- Roll dough into balls. If you are having difficulty forming the balls, refrigerate the mixture for 5 to 10 minutes, then roll into balls.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes and enjoy!
Tips
- I recommend storing these in the fridge to keep the shape.

I didn't melt the oil because it was pretty liquid already but after 10 min. in the fridge they are still too loose to roll. Should I add more almond flour so they keep together?
