Cake Box Cookies
You will love this recipe as it only needs 4 ingredients. My aunt brings these to every get-together and I asked her how she makes them. I can't wait to pass along this fantastic heirloom. These ingredients are easily accessible and you won't believe it all starts with a cake mix! You can see more of my crazy creations here
- Ingredients
- 1 Yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup oil of your choice
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Place 1/2 cup oil into a mixing bowl.
Add your cake mix to the bowl.
Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips to the bowl.
Add 2 eggs to the bowl.
Mix all of the ingredients together.
I used my 1 tablespoon cookie scoop to place my cookies onto an ungreased cookie sheet. You can easily use 1 tablespoon or 1 teaspoon depending on the size of cookie you are wanting to make it.
Bake in an oven pre-heated to 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
Pull the cookies out and let them cool before serving.
