This was the second crust I learn to make. I wanted a cold dessert and this is perfect for that and cheesecakes. Don't over do on the butter for this crust

I will be posting filings options for all pies.

Add all 3 Ingredientes and blend it well together

Make sure you put some erasure in this not to be so thick.

Bake for 8 to 10 mins or until firm. You will be able to see when it’s done

do not over cook this or it can be very dry and crumbly.

wait until is completely cool

to add your filling

  • 1 1/2 cups of Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1/3 cup of sugar
  • 6 TBSP (3/4) stick of unsalted butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients ad stir until well blended
Press the mixture into the bottom and the sides of a 9-inch deep-dish pie plate
Bake until Firm, about 8 to 10. mins Let coll completely before filling
  • I used a heavy pounder sugar mold to set in place you can use a wine bottle and push firmly the dough
