Make This Cute Reindeer Cheese Ball for Your Holiday Gatherings

Are you entertaining for the holidays? Whether you’re planning a party or just want a festive spread for your family at home, making fun holiday appetizers doesn’t have to be time consuming or expensive. You can even use store bought ingredients and personalize things at home to give them a personal touch.

One of my holiday favorites are cheese balls and cheese and crackers. I can make a meal out of this popular appetizer and it’s also an easy solution to serve holiday guests or to take with you to a gathering. This cute reindeer cheese ball is a fun dish to make on a budget and can be done in minutes.

This super cute cheese ball recipe is so easy, that it probably shouldn’t even be called a recipe! Here we are going to show you how to great this fun and festive treat in less than 5 minutes. As a head start here, we use pre-made cheese ball, but if you prefer, you can use your favorite homemade cheese ball recipe. You’ll just want to make sure the ball is refrigerated and solid before adding your decor.

In addition to a cheese ball, you’ll need a couple pretzels, large candy eyes and a red candy like an M&M or jelly bean. You’ll also want some crackers or pretzels to serve along with it.

Once you have all of your supplies, you’ll want to unwrap the cheese ball and place on a plate. You can go ahead and place on the plate you’ll be serving it on, if you’ll be expecting guests shortly, or you can just use a temporary one until you’re ready to place on a serving tray or cheese board.

You’ll want to select two pretzels to create the reindeer antlers and carefully place them.

Take two candy eyes and stick them on the cheeseball. Dig into the cheeseball and use a little of the cheese as glue if they do not stick right away. Add a red candy (such as a jelly bean) for a nose and serve with crackers or pretzels for dipping.
