This is a very easy, basic no cook recipe that is ideal if you have last minute visitors and want something sweet and yummy over a cup of tea.

Start by crushing the biscuits into crumbs. I use the end of a rolling pin to bash them.

Once done they should look like this.

melt Your butter in the microwave and add it to the crumbs and stir.

Once stirred there should be no dry bits of biscuit.

Flatten the biscuit mix into the base of a tin using the back of a spoon. Put in the fridge for 10 minutes to set.

In a mixer add the milk and dream topping mix and turn on high for 3 minutes until thick & creamy.

Add the caramel on top of the biscuit base.

Spread out with a spoon to cover the whole base.

Add a layer of sliced banana.

Add the dream topping and spread evenly.

Grate some chocolate over the top.

Put in the fridge until ready to eat! Quick & easy but sticky & tasty! Enjoy!

    What is a digestive cookie?

Where do I get them (USA)?

Is a tin of caramel just like a small jar of Smuckers Caramel Topping?

    How much would i use..

    IE: C. or T/tsp??

    Thank you..looks delicious!😉

i’m in the UK, I see someone has already given advice on the digestives. The caramel I used is 397g tin. I used the whole tin. If you can get a Dulce de Leche that could work too?
