Halloween Breakfast & Lunch - Jack-o-lantern Quesadilla & Pancakes

You know how to get kids to eat their food!? Put some skeletons or faces on it

A few years back, waffle makers were all the rage! Well of course I have the Target mini skull and pumpkin waffle maker (and the heart one too but who's counting?) I just use the premix that you add water too, no need to reinvent the wheel.
Other then the waffle makers, all you really need is some candy googly eyes!
Soft boil some eggs, then peel and carefully cut them in half before placing them on a board with the previously mentioned waffles.
And just like that you got some scared little egg faces. "Oh no, don't eat me!"
We got one excited little kid ready to devour her breakfast!
Now its lunch time, how about a quesadilla? No? boring you say?
Well what about a Jack-o-lantern quesadilla? Just cut a face out and now we are talking!
I filled this one with just cheese but you can easily throw in some chicken or veggies. The one thing is you CAN'T flip it in a pan unless you want a cheesy mess, so this goes in the toaster oven instead :)
