Peanut Butter Frosting

This peanut butter frosting recipe is an excellent filling and frosting for chocolate cupcakes (see my favorite easy chocolate cake recipe HERE) or cake. Fluffy, peanutty, and sweet this frosting turns a chocolate cupcake into a gourmet treat. You will be craving for more.
The icing recipe makes enough frosting to frost a 9″ x 13″ cake. Remember how I said I really enjoyed this recipe? I double it for cupcakes, sheet cakes, and layer cakes.

How to Make Peanut Butter Icing - Frosting
- 2 cups Confectioners sugar
- ½ cup butter (room temperature)
- 2 tablespoon milk
- ½ cup smooth peanut butter
- ½ teaspoon vanilla flavoring or extract

Mixing The Frosting
- Using a stand mixer bowl cream together sugar, and butter
- Beat in peanut butter
- Add in milk and vanilla flavoring
- Beat until fluffy

- I double this recipe to fill and frost the entire cupcake recipe.
