It's finally merry season so here's a beer chocolate cake with an incredible peanut butter frosting.

This beer chocolate cake was actually supposed to be a brownie, but ended up being a luscious chocolate cake. The frosting was made from peanut butter and really balances out the sweetness of the chocolate cake. This chocolate cake was covered in a simple peanut butter frosting which literally consists of smooth peanut butter and honey. I topped it with dried cranberries.

The beer really gives this chocolate sheet cake heaps of moisture and tenderness. And it tastes absolutely incredible in a a very unique way. You won’t taste the beer, I promise; it just gives it a nice sharp taste, compared to the usually over-sweet chocolate cake. This chocolate cake was made in a brownie pan to get that square cake look. Keep all your ingredients at room temperature for best results.
