Just curious.....this cake appears to be chocolate, however the recipe calls for a French vanilla cake mix. Is the pudding suppose to be chocolate instead of vanilla, or the cake mix? If anyone has an answer, I sure would appreciate it. Thank you!

Hello there it appears to be a chocolate like color due to the Oreo crumbles mixed in with the cake batter and the pudding is suppose to be french vanilla or you can substitute it for original vanilla

What do you mean by six “pieces” of double stuffed Oreo cookies? The recipe says nothing about crushing the cookies before adding to the cake mix, which would seem to be reasonable. Please verify. Thank you

Hello there yes you will crush the Oreos into pieces and fold it into the batter
