  • For the Crepe Batter:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • For the Filling:
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup grated Gruyere or Swiss cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For Topping:
  • 4 eggs
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Blend Ingredients:
In a blender, combine the flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth. Let the batter rest for 15-20 minutes.
Cook Crepes:
