Got leftover chicken, but want to try something a little different than a typical chicken salad? Why not give these delicious Buffalo Chicken Snack wraps a go? The ingredients combined together remind me of my favorite Buffalo wings I like to order as an appetizer when I go out.

Wraps make the perfect lunch! You can fill them up with virtually anything , and they are so portable. Today I was craving something tangy with a little bit of a kick, so I thought it would be fun to incorporate the classic flavors of Buffalo wings into my wrap.

These wraps turned out so great! They would make a great lunch for a beach picnic or served to guests outside on the patio.

Read below to find out how I used up my leftover chicken and made these ridiculously delicious snack wraps!

Spread an even layer of ranch dressing over the entire tortilla.

Top with your favorite cheese. I used a few slices of Monterey Jack cheese today, but you could sub this for some sharp cheddar or even marble cheese.

To this add your leftover shredded chicken that has been tossed in a Buffalo type sauce. I used “Franks” hot sauce.

Add in a few of your favorite veggies for some extra crunch! I prefer thinly sliced red onions and bell pepper.

Finally, finish it all off with a handful of shredded lettuce and crumbled blue cheese.

Wrap the tortilla up tightly and enjoy!

This wrap was SO delicious! Each and every bite was bursting with flavor. The spicy tangy chicken was perfectly balanced with the creamy ranch and cheese, and the veggies added the perfect refreshing crunch to wrap.

  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing
  • Sliced or shredded cheese of your choice
  • 1 cup shredded chicken
  • ”Franks” hot sauce
  • 1/4 red bell pepper
  • Sliced red onion
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Crumbled Blue cheese
  • Sliced cheese of your choice

Lay out two flour tortillas and spread 1tbsp of ranch dressing on each.
Top with sliced cheese.
In a separate bowl mix together the shredded chicken (hot or cold chicken both work well) with as much or as little hot sauce as you like.
Divide the chicken into two equal portions and add it to the wraps along with the veggies and blue cheese.
Wrap the tortillas up tightly and enjoy!
