Why are these called 4 meat pinwheels when there is only 3 meats?
Like it! And I have done this with lavash as well and turns out equally as yummy. Love recipes like this, leaves it up to the person to put together whatever combination your family and friends would enjoy. Some variation of this turns up at many a happy hour. My girlfriend and I put them on with our tea sandwiches to put a fun twist on proper English tea. Thanks for sharing!
