Why are these called 4 meat pinwheels when there is only 3 meats?

    • True, and you could add anything else Italian (my group likes mortadella), or whatever your family and friends would like. To me it's good as is. I make something similar with Turkey, bacon, avocado as the main ingredients. This style lends it to any combination that one can imagine.

  • Like it! And I have done this with lavash as well and turns out equally as yummy. Love recipes like this, leaves it up to the person to put together whatever combination your family and friends would enjoy. Some variation of this turns up at many a happy hour. My girlfriend and I put them on with our tea sandwiches to put a fun twist on proper English tea. Thanks for sharing!
