I love the combination of apple and cinnamon flavor. You can also use pumpkin spice if you like. I added frozen banana to get that thick and creamy texture also banana adds sweetness to the smoothie.
This smoothie is perfect for fall/winter. a comforting warmth of cinnamon and hint of tartness from the apple makes it the best drink to start your day with. Beetroot powder adds a vibrant red color to the smoothie and also adds essential vitamins ,minerals.

For The Smoothie
- 2 Tsp Beetroot Powder
- 1 Small Apple (Cut into chunks)
- 1 Frozen Banana Chunks
- 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk
- Honey Or Any Other Sweetener (If Required)
Instructions
For The Smoothie
- Combine Apple Chunks, Frozen banana and coconut milk in a blender jar.
- Add cinnamon powder and beetroot powder to it . I didn't add any sweetener but if you want you can add honey or any other sweetener you prefer.
- Blend everything well until smooth and enjoy!
