This smoothie is thick, creamy and full of vitamins, fiber and minerals. It’s like a vitamin bomb – packed with nutrients that are good for your body.

Especially after Christmas and other holidays I prefer to turn to healthy food like vegetable/fruit smoothies. I haven’t been living the healthiest life over the last couple of months, having eaten a lot of typical holiday cookies and pies (I suffer from such a sweet tooth!). However, I consider this smoothie to be a great start of the new year and it makes me feel good!

It’s also a quick and easy way to enjoy veggies and fruits. It’s really so easy! All you need is a blender, your ingredients and voilà! You can enjoy this smoothie not only in the morning but, actually, any time of the day.

By the way, this smoothie doesn’t require any frozen elements, because avocado already makes it creamy and thick enough.

I looked and found that Bananas are recommended first. If, like me, you do not like bananas, nut butters, and olives are recommended
