So so good and refreshing! I have made lemonade with peaches before and my daughter has done blueberry lemonade, which is delicious also by the way. I had been given some fresh oranges by my neighbor off from her uncles orange trees. They are so sweet and delicious. But I am the only one who can eat them so I needed to find something to do with part of them. This drink is perfect for those hot Summer days. Filled with ice it is so refreshing. I have been drinking it for breakfast also. It is much better for me than the store bought version I figure. I can not wait for the grandkids to try some. If your fruit is too hard to squeeze. Put them in the microwave for just about 20 seconds and it will turn them very juicy. Rolling them and applying a little pressure as you do before squeezing the juice out also helps. I am definitely going to keep this recipe around for all of Summer to quench everyone's thirst. I f you want you can reduce the sugar to 1/4 cup if you feel it is too much. Just experiment to find out how you like it.

After I took pics I did cut some slices of fruit to put in the glasses.

Start with making sugar water. This isn't very sweet so if you want it sweeter I would add 1/4 cup more of sugar.

Fresh lemons and oranges.

I used a fork to help squeeze the juices out.

These oranges were so juicy.

Mixing it all together.

So good!
