Picture your relaxing summer vibes-You just finished a long hike, or maybe you are relaxing by some body of water, or maybe you are watching your kids run around and you just need something cold and refreshing in your hands. Enter herbal ginger lemonade. Sometimes I just want a refreshing summer drink that does not have to have alcohol in it.

This drink really plays up fresh summer herbs while the zippy punch of fresh-squeezed lemon juice makes an intriguing summer bevvie. You could easily add vodka or gin to this is you were looking for that kind of beverage, but I found the earthy flavors just perfect without it.

Feel free to mix and match the herbs if you don't care for any here. I will reiterate this is an earthy tasting drink. If that does not appeal, maybe just stick to one herb such as fresh mint leaves for your drink instead.

Enjoy your summer sipping!
