It’s getting colder outside and since we just had our first snowfall this past week, I decided it was time to make a batch of my homemade cocoa mix! After all, here in Minnesota there is nothing more comforting and cozy then a cup of hot cocoa on a cold wintery day! The best part of about this mix is the ingredient list is pretty short and it takes just a few minutes to make a batch too! I love having a full container in our hot chocolate bar for those sudden cravings! This cocoa mix also makes a wonderful homemade gift for family and friends too!

I made this for Christmas gifts in a jar with pretty ribbons. ❤
This went together quick and easy and was very chocolate-y (good) but all I could taste was the powdered milk "flavor." I had to get rid of it. Made me sad. If there's a brand of powdered milk that doesn't have that "taste," let me know! If you don't mind the strong flavor of powdered milk, this is a great choice.
