Vodka Berry Smash Cocktail
The fourth of July is this weekend! What plans do you have? Are you getting back into some 'normal' activities of the past? There might be some fireworks calling my name, but I do know that we will have our family over for a cookout and some yummy food. Making the drinks for events like this always seems like an afterthought to me, so I wanted to be more intentional this time in creating a special and spirited drink.
This vodka berry smash can easily be made non-alcoholic with the removal of the vodka and addition of either more lemonade or club soda (I would personally go heavier on more lemonade if subbing out vodka just because it's tastier than club soda in my opinion! :) ).
This is a fun drink to make because you can be fancy by 'muddling' or as I like to say, smashing, your berries. The messier the better! Enjoy and happy Fourth of July!
