Muddled Blueberry Citrus Smash

Have you also been melting in this summer heat? I think no matter where you are located, this summer has been a pretty hot one. It makes it hard to want to turn on the oven, or even really move from the couch most days to cook a meal. A cold, refreshing drink always sounds easy and this one just may give you the burst of energy you need to tackle other tasks.
I went blueberry picking recently, and this was the first time since I was little. I used to love picking blueberries (and eating all of them, too). There were these cute little farm cats who would wander the bushes and were just so sweet..but I digress. I picked some lovely blueberries and have been finding ways to use them every day in ways other than baked goods and smoothies.
These drinks are easy and fun and the best part is they can be made non-alcoholic when you just want a fun mocktail!
