Pork belly is a deliciously fatty cut of meat from the belly portion of the pig. Popular in a variety of cuisines, it is very handy to have a quick recipe on hand! It can take a very long time cooking in the oven or the slow cooker. Whip it up in no time in the Instant Pot! Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or use it in another recipe! For the best flavor, pick a whole pork belly with equal parts fat and meat.
Always check that the internal temperature of your meat meets USDA Guidelines (145° F for pork).
