Greek Tuna Salad
Recipe details
Ingredients
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Pack of Albacore Tuna
- 2 Tsp of Garlic
- 1/2 Tsp of Salt
- 1 Tsp of Olive Oil
- 1 Cup of Fat-Free Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp of Lemon Juice
- 1.5 Tbsp of Chopped Dill
Instructions
- Line a bowl with a towel and grate a cucumber into this bowl.
- Grab the towel, lift from bowl, and squeeze out the excess liquid from the grated cucumber.
- In another bowl, mix all of the above ingredients together.
- This is totally up to personal preference, you can keep it in big chunks but I like to cut it up with a spoon to get smaller pieces of tuna.
- Enjoy this with crackers, in a pita... or even by the spoonful -- I wouldn't judge!

When you say ‘pack of tuna’…could you please be more specific on the size? Where I live, we don’t have packs, but cans. Thank you.
