Who doesn't like slightly chilled smoked salmon on a toast? It sounds amazing not to mentions the way it tastes. if you love smoked salmon as much as I do, and you're looking for some inspiration, then I'm glad you're here - let me help you!

As every recipes of mine, this one is also super easy and quick to make - and oh how nutritious and delicious!

I still remember the day I I had my very first smoked salmon toast with limey mustard dressing - and the umami it gave it is indescribable! For some this combo may sounds very off-putting, others will fall in love. Once you try it, you'll never stop!

Top it up with some fresh herb to get more nutrients into your system - dill goes so well with this combo of flavours!

For the toast

Toast slices of bread.
Spread 1tbsp of ricotta on each slice and 25g of smoked salmon of each of them too.
Top up with fresh dill.

For the dressing

Simply combine both ingredients and top your toast off with it.


  • You don't have to use dill if you don't fancy it - I just think it goes incredibly well with the rest of the ingredients.
