Once in a while I take a break from everyday food and prepare an Asian meal. This meal is so fun and enriching, because you can put in any kind of vegetable you like, in the following recipe I showed you what my family likes to eat, but you can equally add zucchini, zucchini, dwarf corn, asparagus, garlic, and anything you can think of. From a meat point of view, you can stir-fried chicken breast in teriyaki or just with salt and pepper, you can have beef strips, sausages or even spicy and of course also vegetarian which is very tasty!!

This recipe is very successful and really recommended when you haven't had time to shop and almost always these are vegetables that are in the fridge for almost everyone regularly.

  • Half a pack of noodles
  • 1 pack of sausages, cut into cubes or strips
  • 2-3 tablespoons of oil, frying
  • 1 large onion, sliced into strips
  • 2 carrots
  • 3 peppers of different colors, cut into strips
  • Box of corn
  • Half a pack of sprouts
  • 1/4 cabbage, cut into strips
  • Half a basket of fresh, sliced mushrooms
  • Chopped green onions
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1/4 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup soy, salt and black pepper
  • sweet chili sauce
  • 4 chopped garlic cloves.
How to prepare:
Heat a large pot with a little oil and sauté the sausages.
Take out in a bowl and then put all the seasoning in the oil - before inserting the vegetables.
Put in a saucepan on high heat in the following order:
Onions, carrots, peppers, mushrooms, sprouts, cabbage and corn. The green onion is added at the end. Each time a vegetable is placed, stir before inserting the next vegetable.
Next, add the noodles and sausages
Then fix the seasoning if needed.
