Have you ever tasted savory sweet potatoes? If you haven’t, I highly recommend you give it a try. The combination of the sweet with the savory gives these sweet potatoes a wonderful flavor. Oven roasted SAVORY SWEET POTATOES are one of my fav ways to eat sweet potatoes. They’re crispy on the outer edges but soft and creamy on the inside.

Also, using parchment paper to bake/roast your veggies or potatoes is a game changer! Not only do they help prevent sticking, they prevent your veggies and potatoes from getting all soggy. The outer edges always turn out crispy. It’s the only way I bake my veggies and potatoes. So, do away with that aluminum foil paper and next time you bake veggies or potatoes, give parchment paper a try.

Feel free to modify the spices as much as you want but I do recommend adding a little red chili pepper flakes. It adds a nice flavor.
