Easy, vegan, refined sugar free and incredibly delicious!

These yummy popcorn are the perfect treats to enjoy for the chilli nights while watching movies or as a healthy dessert for packed lunch or after school snack too.

I make this version all the time and the kids absolutely love them!

The store bought popcorn is just too full of sugar and not that healthy.

Making your own and knowing exactly what goes in the caramel sauce, will make you feel so much better and less guilty to indulge.

Let me know if you give this caramel sauce a go, we are literally obsessed with it!

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Popcorn kernels
  • 100gr of popcorn kernels
Transfer all the ingredients in a pan and mix on medium heat until it boils.

I make Carmel Corn the old fashion way about once a month. The thing that makes it light and crunchy is 1/8 tsp baking soda added to the Carmel sauce, it makes it foam and then after apply the sauce it goes into a 275 degree oven for 10 min. Stir to redistribute sauce and back in for 10 more in oven. Do this one more time. You will have dried out the popcorn, will not go soggy and will stay fresh for weeks in an air tight container!
