Easy Carrot Chips

1 pound
30 min

My best friend told me about carrot chips and said you HAVE to try them. I went ahead and gave them a try and they were delicious. Now it was time for me to make them! I have an easy way to do them and my whole family ate them all up in a single sitting. You can see more of my crazy creations here

Ingredients you'll need

  • 1 pound bag carrot chips
  • Olive Oil
  • Seasonings of your choice

Instructions

Place your carrots in a bowl.

I added 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

I used approximately 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper, and you could season it to your liking instead.

Stir until everything is coated evenly.

I placed the carrots into my air fryer. You could alternatively place them on a baking sheet.

Bake the carrot chips at 400 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.

Let them cool slightly and serve. My whole family ate all of them up in a single setting. I would say that is a win, don’t you?
