Chana Masala is a dish I recently stumbled upon yet fell in love with almost instantly! It's made with chickpeas, tomatoes and many warm spices. The flavors and texture is beyond amazing and I love how cozy this dish is. It's part of Indian cuisine; "Chana" means chickpeas and "masala" means a blend of spices. This is a super hearty dish and is insanely easy to make. There are only a minimal amount of ingredients needed and all of the ingredients used in this recipe are most likely already in your home. Add the chickpeas. Stir in to incorporate all the ingredients together.
Add the finely chopped parsley. You can add additional spices at this point to suit your preferences.
